He didn't define it, this is how it is defined in title 26. He is using the lawful definition.

No. Nor would I approve of a Mosque, Masonic Loge, or any other facility that is dedicated to devil worshipping. However, legally they are allowed to be and congress can make no law infringing on this.

I would approve of a Christian church, museum or amusement park that was used in the ministry of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and since congress can make no law infringing on the freedom of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; then they certainly can not make laws taxing these facilities and the people that run them.

==You know I guess I do feel sorry for "Dr Dino". He has spent all of these years pretending to be something he is not (a qualified scientist) and now has gotten caught. I pray that he realizes that God demands truthfulness in scholarship and honesty in our daily dealings. Maybe this will serve as a turning point for Kent Hovind. I pray so.

He is going to have a hard time in prison.

Since the gov't considers him to be a threat to society and a flight risk, he's been in jail for some time now. He's been doing fine so far and he's bringing souls to Jesus Christ, teaching them reading, math and science skills that the publik ejucation systum didn't teach these men. They have daily Bible studies and are getting through more of the Bible than most churches do in the same time period. I pray this serves as a turning point for Christians who would speak against true men of God rather than support them during their time of affliction.

Our difference of opinion is that I believe his "affliction" is punishment for breaking the law, and dealing dishonestly with our government and his employess.
