Yes, I live about 10 miles from Locust Grove, and the one person who died from this has family members in our church. And several of our church have family members that are sick from this, and hospitalized, including one 9 year old.

Yes all of the families involved need prayer.

Sometimes, we only think to pray for other christians, but lost folks need our prayers too. I have been engrossed in the election news and threads and I have failed, as a christian, to post a prayer request on the BB. I trust that God will forgive me.

I had read about this last week in our local papers. Locust Grove is a lovely little place . I used to pass through Locust Grove years ago whenever I would go to Tulsa. Part of the Charm of these small communities are the Mom And Pop Resturaunts. In Fayetville Arkansas we have 5 people who came down with E.coli. These days it seem like E. coli outbreaks have become more frequent.
My prayers are with the Community of Locust Grove and with all those that have been affected.
