Federal appeals panel strikes down California limits on concealed carry

Even the most liberal court in the country recognizes these laws are not in line with the Constitution.

 

This subject is already on the radar for the SCOTUS with two other cases, hopefully in October.

Yep. And it should be remembered every time some alarmist says, "all of our rights are being taken away". It's true that we are seeing an erosion of freedom, but hardly, "all of our rights are being taken away". BTW, the Supreme Court upheld the legality of guns in Washington DC about 5(?) years ago, as well.

 

Apparently you do not understand the phrase and its intent. Maybe you should stop trying to nitpick small things and look at the bigger picture.

 

Please tell me what is not big picture about "all of our rights are being taken away?"

 

Do you know what happens with altruistic people. They can almost never see the forest for the trees. That phrase is used in exaperation by people who see far too many rights being infringed on. Is it always exactly right? Nope, but it does communicate a high level of rights being in fringed on. When day after day people are seeing things changed in a way not consistent with historical precedence over and over a gain that is how they feel about it. Trying to pick at it is just childish nit picking.
