For the record....it is unfortunately very easy for "regenerate brothers and sisters of the Lord" to commit idolatry and make "a god" (little "g") of their BIBLE VERSION...it happens all the time.

Just to set the "record" straight.

Nothing wrong with having a preferred version - most believers do - but when you make YOUR version toe be-all-to-end-all and condemn others for not using YOUR version, yup, it's an idol.

Someday I need to post my paraphrase of Romans 14. Just substitute Bible Version (or music, or dress style, or...) for meat and you get the general idea.

    That is silly.
    ------------

KJV 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God,
and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
    for instruction in righteousness:

    KJV 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received,
    how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day
    according to the scriptures.

KJV John 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said,
out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

    ---------------------------------------------

The topic is final authority and final canonization.

The question is do you have scripture ?

Please answer the question and state your theory

of final authority and final canonization.

    KJVO confuse inerrancy with infallibility!

ONLY the originals were ithout ANY errors/mistakes within them, as inspired by the Holy spirit moving upon man, to make sure what was recorded was perfect...

We do NOT derive inerrancy off that, but DO get infallibility for Elnglish versions such as Kjv/Nas/Esv/Niv etc!

I DON'T need to have a perfect/error free bible, but I DO need a perfect saviour that it doe the job intended of revealing to me!

    .

    ha . . . ha . . . lol . . . you are silly.

KJV Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope of a fool than of him.

    ------------------------ Here are my statements.
    ------------------------

The Record Theory independently answers the questions of final authority
and final canonization (books and words). The dynamic Purified Text Theory
supports the Record Theory, demonstrated categorically and conclusively
in the manuscript evidence, bible canonization, bible doctrine,
billions of bibles and computational linguistics.

While the entire line of scripture are records, the outstanding record of scripture and the scripture of final authority is the published text and form of the AV 1611 KJV Holy Bible first edition.

KJV Holy Bibles are the most published, read and loved bibles of all time.
KJV Holy Bibles are the most published, read and loved books of all time.

Perhaps you are the person wise in his own conceit.

You parrot the same unproven claims and do not engage in serious discussion. You refuse to learn the truth about the inaccuracy of some of your claims and will not correct your mistakes.
