I’m fine. I was never very sick. Like a summer cold. I was exposed at a training session for work. Everyone there tested positive.

Scary? Not so much because I never got very sick, but I was concerned it could have gotten worse.

I guess I was part of the 99.9% that recover without serious complications.

    peace to you

    I’ve heard those stories.

What is a vaccine? Usually dead virus injected into you so your body recognizes the virus and produces antibodies to fight it. Once the body produces antibodies, it “knows” how to fight the virus if you are exposed again.

All vaccines have a small % of people who simply don’t produce antibodies as expected and can get sick again.

    peace to you

This vaccine uses messenger RNA to code the genetics of your body to develop the necessary means to fight the virus and develop antibodies.

OK, amazing what science can do.

I’m too young to get the virus. It mostly hits old people.

Well, not too young to get it, but probably too young for it to be too bad. Which is the same with the flue, pneumonia, etc, etc, etc...
