Don't give Glory to God is what the NFL is supporting.
He's not allowed to give a show of any kind in the in-zone. This isn't about worship. It's not even close to that. The guy broke the rule and got flagged for it. End of story.
Everyone knows God favors certain teams.![]()
and he favors the Los Angles Rams.
Amen to that!I don't think the NFL rule has anything to do with not giving glory to God.
However, parading half naked cheerleaders around and promoting mega beer drinking is a definitely not giving glory to God.
That's not it. The rule is "no show of any kind in the in zone". Just because the show in question was religious in nature doesn't mean it should be excepted.Don't give Glory to God is what the NFL is supporting.
YOU DON'T GET IT......I was just not liking their rules on this. I don't like prayer time removed from schools either. Its slow but sure..... freedom from religion is whats more important to some. BTW is it ok for them to say HI MOM still and wave "Sarcasm"?You just don't get it. This isn't about religious expression or freedom. This rule is equal in that "no" displays are allowed.
Jesus was teaching to watch your motives and if you read the entire Bible there are lots of public prayers and thanks.Matthew 6:5-6 NAS77
5 "And when you pray, you are not to be as the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners, in order to be seen by men."
