With politicians and companies around the country trying to blow open the bathroom doors and allow the genders to intermingle, one school district came out ahead of the wave and enacted their own common sense policy.
The students of Marion County in Florida will not have to wonder if their bathrooms will be infiltrated by people of the opposite gender. According to the Christian Post, the school district voted in favor of a resolution requires all students to use the bathroom that corresponds with their actual gender.
The Marion County School Board passed the protective measure by a vote of 4-1. The room was full of parents, teachers, and pastors who were mostly supportive of the resolution. “This policy protects the privacy rights and safety of all Marion County students,” Mat Staver, chairman of the Liberty Counsel said. “The four board members who voted to approve the policy should be commended for their common sense and courage in the face of threats and intimidation by the ACLU and its allies, who desire to impose radical ‘gender theory’ on school children.”
