In the other, now closed, thread entitled "Laura Ingraham targets even legal immigrants in off the rails rant." I was accused of supporting slavery. This is not true and of course this is what liberals do because they do not have any real argument. I want to clear up my statements.
In response to post # 85 Ken said "The United States is not a theocracy."
In response to I said "And yet at its founding, that behavior was completely outlawed in the states." ( a reference to homosexuality)
In response to that Ken said "And slavery was legal. So what’s your point?"
In response to that I said "So what if slavery was legal?". I said this not because I believe in slavery or that it is somehow ok, I said it because it had no obvious relevance to our discussion.
Not sure why that needs explaining but Ken tried to use it as a tool to paint me as a racist. I find the accusation lacking integrity and in fact hostile.
