Free Marketplaces

Here's a question:

Could your faith survive and flourish in a free marketplace of religions? If all other religions and denominations were treated equally by government? Such that none had an advantage over others. Such that none had political influence with Washington DC.

I know we all think ours' would, but it's a question many never ask themselves.

We do value a free economic marketplace. How about in regards to faith? What would America look like if a person without religion and seeking salvation were steered -more- to some faiths than others? Because the leaders of that faith held politicians hostage by means of votes, and got favors and money (tax money). Advantage.

It's scary to know some cults and nutty religions would be on an equal playing field with ours, but what is the alternative?
