Your advocacy for your brand of "social justice" is skewed by your agenda and you continue to dodge the subject of this thread.

"Hate crimes" legislation is not about justice. If it is, it's about unequal justice. Mostly , it's about governmental mind control and is thoroughly unconstitutional in it's unequal application of the law.

 

Which applies to social justice not at all. So I'm guessing your answer is "Why, they never say anything about the killing in Darfur, or slavery, or poverty, or war."
