Nobody said that. God, being creator of heaven and earth, is also in control of the weather. In the event that you do not believe that keep in mind people of many religious beliefs often refer to storms and earthquakes as acts of God. What the article is about is the hurricane's impact being another variable in what is sure to be a close, and historic, election. Thus, the title of the thread.

Also, this is going to be an excuse to make more changes to election laws. If I understand, this is an individual state's right/obligation. Wonder how the feds will apply pressure to states to conform to federal guidelines?
