Cuban dissidents in this country are also opposed to this deal because the Castros refused to make any concessions to the USA concerning money owed to Americans and concerning terrorists and criminals who currently have sanctuary in Cuba. Also, the Castros have stepped up arrests since December 2014 and Cuban dungeons are full of political prisoners, contrary to statements made by the complicit Roman Catholic Church in Cuba.
