Frozen pipes during the winter caused $16,000 in damage to floors, and city officials aren't sure when the house at the Troy Community Center will open.
"It's not safe right now, and there's no estimated opening time because it depends on when we can get funding," said Carol Anderson, director of the city's Parks and Recreation Department.

Ah, yes... the joys of the tree-huggers: they don't mind dictating to us how to live our lives...yet they aren't bright enough to keep one ($900K) house running all winter...

Still another proof of the anti-individual, anti-freedom, helpless, victim-status condition of the earth-worshippers.

These folks could screw up an anvil with a rubber mallet. I say, "Keep it up!" Folks will watch them flounder, and they might realize that there is a healthy approach to modern living...and the snail-darter kissers have no clue where that healthy approach is.

Thank God some folks have sense. Unfortunately, it isn't environ-wackos.
