    Question: What overarching concern regarding U.S. interests is at stake here? That has always been the overriding consideration in involving U.S. military personnel in the internal affairs of sovereign nations. I know several of you are going to argue that point and try to prove your own by pointing out alleged exceptions to that statement, but know in advance, I won't accept them.

    Simply answer the question, please, or post reasons why it does not meet the accepted criteria.
