I have and will continue to boycott the local St Pats parade until the local community put as much participation into the Veterans Day parade

That seems more in tradition with St. Patricks Day than what my neighbor thought of for music last night. For some reason they were whopping it up, playing Bryant Adams tunes loudly.

Uug....that guy Adams has a raspy voice too that grades on me. Maybe they had one too many green beers! I prefer Guinness Stout (porter) or Harp (Lager) to that swill & I use it to make a pretty good beef stew. Prefer that to fatty corn beef & cabbage which is a equivalent to a cholesterol fart factory.

Here is the Irish Stew Recipe. (save some of the Guinness for imbibing)

Thanks - I think.

I might have to give that a stew a try, always have enjoyed most cabbage dishes.

And talking about tunes, saw our VP had some noise during his St. Patty's activities.

"They Weren’t Booing, They Were Chanting ‘Jooooooe’!"

What the heck is Joe doing in Pittsburgh.........Both he & I are sons of Scranton PA & it would have been nice for him to have been in his own home town St Pats Day Parade. NOTE, Jooooe is supposedly a big Roman Catholic but the Bishop in Scranton refuses him the sacraments....mostly because of his stance on abortion. Besides, Hillary Clinton comes into town more than Joe does. She is also from the area.
