Yes, Just this morning, as I started to heat grease in the skillet the "pot" began to smoke. If by chance you are talking about the funny cigarette? Then it is a no.

No, but I have had an officer stand there and watch while I changed a tire. I guess he didn't want to get his uniform dirty.
