    Think ALL of us are thankful for NOT being under same law and punishments as isreal was under in Old Covenant, Amen!

    Not unjust, just NOT part of the plan of God for Today in Age of Grace!

    Again you are trying to involve grace in this and this is nothing about grace. If you agree the OT punishments for breaking certain laws is just then why would they not be just today? Would we not be wise to have the same punishments for breaking the same laws?

    What is the point of this poll? We are not under the OT set of mandates, but the NT instead.

    Even in the OT times, didn't God "break" His demand for capital punishment of violating the law by allowing david to live and not be stoned to death?

    So jesus was just confirming that God was a God of grace, and that new standrads would apply in Age of Grace via new Covenant!

    It's a question that can be answered with a "yes" or "no" and it's directly related to the O/P. It's a rhetorical question and the obvious answer is "no".
