Obviously people of either gender have every right to be treated with HANDS OFF dignity unless of course it's with mutual consent (apart from the Christian responsibility of holiness or the attempt thereof).

But under the current laws of the land how does a person prove it was an uninvited wilful violation of physical boundaries without witnesses?

Or it was accidental (which usually is easily discerned).

When I was a teen I tripped going down the stairs of the housing project where we lived and ended up seriously violating the physical boundaries of a young lady coming the other way. We were both embarrassed but realizing it was an accident nothing came of it, although we remained friendly neighbors exchanging smiles.

Accidents do happen.

Not excusing Lewandowski for what he allegedly did to Joy Villa.

She will probably lose if she has no witnesses willing to testify.

God knows the whole story. Unfortunately the perpetrator often goes unpunished until final judgement.
