He yells "BINGO" and is arrested

An 18 year old goes into a Bing hall and yells Bingo.

He was charged with disorderly conduct.

He faces a fine of $250 and 90 days in jail.

He has also been ordered to stay out of bingo halls for 90 days.

If you were the judge, what would you hand down?

I see he got probation...that's a good way to handle it.

If I were the judge I'd probably do the same. Just a crazy kid running around causing trouble.

The elderly ladies probably made more of a fuss about it than its worth.

According to my understanding of the article, he got what he deserved, as it appears to be a deliberate act on his part.

That said, it also appears that at least some of the women should have been charged, as well. If cussing and screaming aren't disorderly conduct I don't know what it may be.

Just has he had a choice for doing or not doing what he did, so did they have a choice. This young fella got the reaction he was seeking. They chose to give it to him.
