I don't think anyone can retro help to a past event and straighten out that specific event in time.

Pray for wisdom at the next event to come. God will give words at the proper time, or even no words. That is all up to Him.

I'd tell anyone like that to back off of my family in that situation, and not to talk about the Word of God like that in their presence. For His glory, of course.

Has she ever spoken of anything in the past that gave a hint of interest of "what will happen when I die"?
Has she ever spoken about her morals and personal beliefs in the past?

There are potential openings if you can get past the "small talk" self-conscious mental barrier. I am sure you know how you can speak to people about more personal things. Are you able to do that with your Grandma? Pray for God's wisdom and leading in that area.

I know a few years back Im gonna say I was about 19 at the time and I gave her a Bible for Christmas it made her cry and my Grandma is not easy too cry.

I am able too talk too her about anything she is more of a mom too me then my mother was or has ever been (Long story) She is one of the most sweetest women you would ever meet in your life!! She has lung cancer and has a tomer that has attached too her rib cage and she has too go threw radation a operation then more radation she is almost 80 and so fral like 80-90 pounds I am so scared if she dose not make it threw this, I dont want too lose her, My babys only know her as Grandma really like there only Grandparent sence we dont see my parents and my Dh dad passed away May this year and he dosnet see his mother eather....I dont know how the kids will handle any of this??

The "sad" thing is I have helped others give there lives but for some resion Im just scared when it comes too my Grandma and I dont know why?

She sounds like a lovely person. Are you concerned you may offend her and make her upset while she is suffering badly?

Have you read how Jesus approached the Samaritan woman in www.esvbible.org/john+4 and how he moved from small talk to what was really important?
