    I tried to research him

    I'm getting the impression that he believed in the 'second blessing", ie, two different impartations of the Holy Spirit...one for basic salvation, the other for empowerment for service. (By the way, I disagree with this theology) I might be incorrect in this....can anyone confirm this?

    If I were to take the statements in the OP, he
    • maintained Adam and Eve before the fall had no corporeal bodies
    • denied the resurrection of the body.
    • taught that the souls of all men are emanations from the same Spirit.
    at face value (at this point I see no reason not to), I'd question why he is considered the George Whitefield of Nova Scotia. His positions, especially the second, border on heresy. The third position also looks suspect.
