So we don't encourage good students
because it may make poor students feel bad.
Suppose we passed a law to prohibit releasing public stats of MLB players
Lets face it - if a player only has a Batting Average of .128 -
think of it - he would feel bad when another player has a BA of 309?
Seems like the only reasonable thing to do.
