    (CNSNews.com) – Two House Republicans have introduced a spending limit amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

    “With our nation facing a fiscal crisis, it is time to fundamentally change the way Washington spends the taxpayers’ money,” Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.) said in a statement on Wednesday.

    I bet this is about as popular as Bunning asking where the government was going to get 10 billion to extend benefits.

    We need this amendment. Offer it as a referendum for the entire nation. It'll be overwhelmingly approved.

    The only question is: What loopholes will the politician find to get around it. :sleeping_2: Yea, thats it, they will sleep on it. and do some :type: and go into :1_grouphug: , while the rest of us :BangHead:

    It would be nice if that were true - but I wouldn't be so confident.

    It would be decided by the same voters that gave us Obama.
