House Republicans Introduce Constitutional Amendment to Limit Spending

(CNSNews.com) – Two House Republicans have introduced a spending limit amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

“With our nation facing a fiscal crisis, it is time to fundamentally change the way Washington spends the taxpayers’ money,” Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.) said in a statement on Wednesday.

I bet this is about as popular as Bunning asking where the government was going to get 10 billion to extend benefits.

It would be nice if that were true - but I wouldn't be so confident.

It would be decided by the same voters that gave us Obama.
