    How confrontative should pastors and church leaders be?

    I think most pastors do not wish to be confrontational. There are times though that it is necessary.

    Toward believers, I think Hebrews 10:24 should apply. "And let us consider one another to provoke(literally, spur on)unto love and to good works."
    I take that to be confrontational at times atleast. Toward unbelievers, I believe we need to study Jesus' example: How did He deal with unbelievers, can we not do likewise?
