Of course they meddled in the election. Not news. They are likely not the only ones to do either. However, there is no evidence that they had any effect.

Even if that were true (the house and senate committees investigating this were half republican), you would think the appropriate response would be to acknowledge its presence, show that it did not affect the results and work towards preventing it in the future for the good of the country's democracy. Instead Trump denies its existence, calls it fake news, and tries to deflect to a different narrative for the good of his short term political image with his base.
I stopped at half republican. It means nothing. Republicans have done everything they can to stop Trump from implementing his agenda.
Trump was right to scoff at this “meddling”. He was right to say it had no effect on the outcome. And the way the investigation is going he’s best to just give it enough rope.

I guess if your priority is in achieving an agenda regardless of the truth of a situation, I can understand why you have your view and why you like how Trump does things.
I personally want my leaders to acknowledge and take action/speak based on truth regardless of whether it is convenient to his/her agenda. I guess you guys got the leader who reflects who you are. Good on you.
I like how you claimed “truth” for your side. LOL. I completely reject that. It would do no good to further debate you if that is the starting point.
Back to the video. You’ll have to show me where Trump acknowledges Russian interference affected anything.

I never said it affected the results. McMaster confirmed that Trump agrees that interference occurred in contrast to trump's previous statements and denials.
By truth I mean the truth that Russian interferred with the election which both you and Rev agreed happened and Trump for the longest time denied despite evidence to the contrary. It isn't about whether it affected the election results and I have always stated that as I did in this thread in June where Rev stated everything I said was untrue but now he agrees with it.

LOL. I don’t remember trump denying any Russian meddling. What I do remember is him saying he would be cleared, or words to that effect. Lately he’s been silent on the whole thing.

No I think the same thing now as I did then. This is nothing out of the ordinary, it’s happened in previous elections and will happen again.

Trump is correct in saying this is a fake news story ginned up by hyper-partisans in order to thwart the election results. And he is correct to ask why all the attention is on him when there were so many obvious crimes being committed by his opponent.

Yes. It is well documented that the Obama administration did not draw much attention to Russian interference in the election because it would have been damaging to Trump and given the appearance of favouring Hillary. Even after the election, he reinforced that the interference did not affect the election results.

You would think that with all the folks who are up in arms about loss of sovereignty in voluntary international treaties like Paris and NAFTA that a foreign government hacking government databases, using social media disinformation campaigns during elections and funneling large sums of money in unreported accounts to potential cabinet members would be something worthy of investigation.
But it is "nothing out of the ordinary" if it furthers your agenda?
