Given digital angel coming out so long ago, I naturally figured the USA would be the first to put this on citizens. I was wrong! The headline is rather misleading - the real story is the identification method they're using, and that they're not using it to solve the MAIN problem. HRM. Interesting, don't ya think?

nothing is foolproof. if there's a will, there's a way. they'll figure out something to go around that system and have the money end up in somebody else's pockets.
