If the school teacher is a bully

I'd be worried about legal trouble for making a recording without someone knowing. However, how else do you find out the teacher is a bully? Thankfully it all worked out to show the teacher for what she is. I hope there is discipline taken to get that teacher to some semblance of care for her pupils, or, if not, get rid of her.

Florida is an "All Party" state, meaning that all parties must consent to the recording or it cannot be recorded. In this case, however, I don't think the parents will get in trouble.
I would explain to my child that some people are loud, boisterous and even obnoxious because it, like some New Yorkers I've met. That's what I heard of tape, but not abuse. I would imitate the teacher and make a light-wink joke out of her behavior to desensitize the precious little darling and welcome her to real world. Me thinks that child follows after her sensitive Daddy who is demanding the teacher be fired and his uproar is probably doing more to scare the child than the teacher.
