Inflation Causes

    As for the Fed, the money supply grew faster than money demand starting in early 2021. Add that to supply-chain problems and you have a classic inflationary recipe: too much purchasing power chasing too few goods.

    Not to mention minimum wage going up...
    and when minimum wage goes up it means one of two things:
    A) more people are working at minimum wage
    B) Those who were above minimum wage - will be given raises.

    Despite what liberals say - when wages go up - it means one of two things
    A) The company must eat the increase
    B) The company must raise the prices

    If the companies raises the prices - then the employee minimum wage employee
    is right back where they were!

    One other thing - when a company gives -say a $1 dollar pay raise for a full time employee
    the weekly increase for the company is NOT $40 - but more like $50!

    IT is an endless cycle!

    Or it raises unemployment because the ability to pay at the MW is impossible.
