Brother Spencer Parker grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. He was Jewish by birth, but studying his religion did not fulfill his need. In the Navy, he studied many different things and still found no relief. Then he met a gal in guitar class who witnessed to him, but he ignored her testimony because Christians were the enemy or so he believed. Then one day, he opened the Bible he was given in the Navy and noticed that all the men were Jews who were talking about Jewish things. He verified that all that Matthew said that Jesus did or said to fulfil Old Testament prophecies was true. Then God spoke to him and told him that there would be no other atonement than Jesus. Bro. Parker believed and received Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. Later, he and the gal that first witnessed to him were married and now they are missionaries with the International Board of Jewish Missions.
Bro. Spencer just finished a tremendous bible conference at our church where our people fell in love with him. I have never met a born-again Jew that was not a tremendous witness for the Lord. Bro. Parker is truly a man in love with Jesus and loves His chosen people. If you do not currently support a Jewish missionary, you should strongly consider it. The Gospel is for the Jews first and then we Gentiles/Greeks get to benefit.
Sadly, the Church has not done enough to win the Jews to Christ. We have benefited greatly!! It is time that we get into that field. If you would like to ask Bro. Parker and his vibrant wife to come share their burden and vision with you write

Thanks for the good testimonial about this brother and his wife. All around the world, many Jews are coming to faith in Christ. It is EXCITING to see God's working in their hearts.

I've been involved in Messianic Jewish congregations in Dallas (Plano), TX and in St. Louis Park (Minneapolis), MN. Their worship style and message is vastly different than a typical ifb church. A joy to "express" our salvation in the the Lord and fellowship with one another.

Last Wed. night we had a visit from Bro. Pyles who is a missionary with Project Nehemiah (a mission to Israel) he was on his way to his daughters wedding. Bro. Pyles gave us a brief update on what was happening in Israel. Traveling with him was one of the converts from his mission and a Jewish family he is friendly with. It was the Jewish families 2nd time in a bible believing chruch, the first time had been Sunday evening. It was a blessing to have them visit us.
