Is all of Scripture equal or are the "red letters" more important?

    You are right. Scripture must be interpreted as a whole. Context is king.

    CONTEXT - Interesting new book on Paul, "Paul Among the People: The Apostle Reinterpreted and Reimagined in His Own Time," Sarah Ruden. She is a Christian and a classical scholar. Her thesis is that Christian theologians don't understand the social climate in which Paul and his people lived.
