I predicted another pro-abortion liberal would beat out the pro-life conservative.

And it happened.

Christians were already aware of that. So we aren't traumatized.

Just disappointed that so many Christians bypassed Peroutka, because "a real prolife candidate can't win." And then they made sure, by voting for the pro-abortion candidate.

And then Bush's first appointment was a former Texas jurist, who had just made sure that a minor did not have to inform her parents when she got an abortion.

Just to rub it in a little. He must think we are all fools.

Yes, your side won. I have already admitted that. Now, let's see what happens with the "mandate" that President Bush was given. Thre must be something behind that term, because I sure have heard it said by many different people.

Please: it absolutely was directed towards me, albeit indirectly. I am okay with that, and I am not insulted/offended/upset/etc. in any way. I am not suffering from PEST so I guess I don't have to get over it.

What they DO point out is that 78% of registered voters in Georgia voted because of that marriage ammendment. The more people who vote, the higher number of votes candidates will receive.

Fortunatley for America, it was in the same election with the guy who got the most votes in American history. Unfortunately for us, the other guy in the election was George Bush.
