Is Edward Snowden a Criminal or a Hero?

Edward Snowden, the civilian who worked for the NSA & who revealed the extent of that agency's records on individual Americans, is on his way to a country that hopefully won't allow him to be extradited to the US.

Leaders from both major political parties and the Obama administration want him arrested.

Do you think he is a hero or a criminal for what he did?

On our local news stations website they had a poll question like this:

Is Eric Snowden a Hero or a Traitor?

Check one:

  • Yes

  • No

It reminds me of a Democratic voter count. Whichever way you voted they've 'won'.

First, we need to remember that by the Constitution's definiton, he didn't comit treason.
Now, he is accused of committing certain acts which are punishable under the law. He needs to face trial. If he is a hero, then it's a matter of better tried by 12 than carried by 6. Though, I think he's going to get convicted and will spend a good deal of his future in prision.

It depends on whether he is on the board of the international bankers running the ghost government that unites all the evil corporations and industrial military complexes throughout the world.

No it don't. He ratted em out and made em look like the total hypocrites the "people in power" really are.

That's a plus in my book whatever he turns out to be.

If you want to keep thinking the borrower is greater than the lender SN that's your business. I happen to think the opposite is true and no amount of snide remarks and name calling is going to change it. ;)
