Is Obama A Universalist?

I don't think he is especially focused on God at any time. He is just a politician.

I don't know why this is an issue. The current president believes the same thing. (I have documented this many times. just google 'Bush 2004 heaven' or something similar.

Is McCain's view of salvation any better that Obama's?
The election 0f 2008 is even more of a problem for believers than 2004. As bad as the choice between Bush and Kerry was, the choice between McCain and Obama is even worse.

I do know McCain refers to the US as a Judeo Christian Country. But he supports T.D. Jakes as well. His view on immigration is horrendous. I am glad he has come around on drilling since he is going to be our next President.
If that is what he says, then yes, he is a universalist because he goes against the scripture, when Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, the life, no-one cometh unto the Father but by me".
If McCain supports T.D. Jakes, who is a Oneness Pentecostal and they don't believe in the Trinity, but Jesus only - then both are heretics, because they haven't received the Holy Spirit, nor do they accept the Father.
Obama's universalism doesn't bother me greatly. His support for murder does.
I find it amazing that he thinks that to determine at which point a baby has rights is "above his pay grade" but to assure the legal "right" to murder said baby is apparently well within his salary range.

Jakes appeals to a broader audience by not announcing his Oneness views.
