I predicted some time ago the Georgia Rico case against DT would fall apart under close examination. So far….

Serious allegations against the prosecutors have been made including…

    A. DA Willis was in a romantic relationship
with the attorney prosecuting the case

    B. DA Willis benefited directly from
    personal trips/vacations with her
married lover paid for with tax
    Payer money

    C. DA Willis and the other attorney met
with White House personnel prior to
    charges being filed.

A Georgia judge is currently hearing the arguments and will decide whether one or both will be removed from the case.

Some legal experts are suggesting all charges may be dropped and the case given to the Georgia attorney general to decide whether to pursue it.

Is this the beginning of the end for these charges against DT?

    peace to you

Looks like we are just waiting for the judge to issue his ruling.

This could be a significant moment in the 2024 election.

If this case falls to corruption, DT will certainly proclaim every case against him is just as corrupt.

    We live in interesting times.

    peace to you

I really wish that the Republican Party would move on from the 2020 presidential election and that the Democratic Party would move on from January 6, 2021.

The United States should not allow any more riots at the U.S. Capitol. But the Democratic and Republican Parties(both of which I despise) are continuing to drag the people of the United States through the mud with their respective obsessions over the 2020 election and the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. I suggest that both of these old, dilapidated, past their use by date, political parties should focus on the 2024 election by dumping both Joe Biden and Donald Trump, two men who are also old, dilapidated, and past their use by date in politics.

I suggest that the caption riots were a combination of over heated conservatives and FBI agents and assets who intentionally worked to stir them up. This needs to be exposed.

There was a study (I can't recall where, we were just discussing it last night) that traditional factors involving the economy are no longer the determining factor in elections. Secular values have rising to prominence, the goal being to cast one's political opponent as "immoral" in an opposing political milieu. The Republicans become racists (most are not) and the democrats socialists (most are not), each with the intent of destroying the nation.

Both parties look back to a fiction.

What is reassuring is that 45% of eligible voters do not vote. That means Republicans and Democrats represent a minority of people in our nation.

The Trump and Biden sheeple are loud. But the nation is not really as divided as it would appear to those who worship politics.

My point is playing on those past issues and relying on sleeple who prefer conspiracy over facts is now political currency.

Biden sheeple don't care about facts. They need Jan 6 to be an insurrection.

Trump sheeple don't care about facts. They need somebody associated with the DNC to be responsible for Jan 6.

Anyway you cut it both sides worship their political leaders.

On this board we have Trump sheeple (no Bidenites out there). Have you seen one point out that Trump lied about Haley several times over the past two weeks? (Trump stated that she supported Obama and even supported him against Romney). No. Why? Because they believe their "god".

Democrats have the same type of cukt within their ranks. No Democrat has defended Trump against claims he was a racist.

Why? Because truth does not matter to the true political cultists.

You may not want it but millions of Americans do. We want it exposed to bring what is in the dark to the light so that it cannot happen again.

I already know that there is LOTS and LOTS of terrible stuff in the Republican and Democratic Parties, as both of those political parties are antithetical to minarchism.

Neither the Democratic or Republican Parties go along with my political philosophy, which was nicely summed up by Frank S. Meyer decades ago:

"The state therefore has two natural functions, functions essential to the existence of any peaceful, ordered society: to protect the rights of citizens against violent or fraudulent assault, and to judge in conflicts of right with right. It has a further third function, which is another aspect of the first, that is, to protect its citizens from assault by foreign powers. These three functions are expressed by three powers: the police power, which protects the citizen against domestic violence; the military power, which protects the citizen against violence from abroad; and the courts of law, which judge between rights and rights, as well as sharing with the police power the protection of the citizen against domestic violence.

But since this institution must possess a monopoly of legal physical force, to give to it in addition any further power is fraught with danger; that monopoly gives to the state so much power that its natural functions should be its maximum functions."

    - Frank S. Meyer, In Defense of Freedom: A Conservative Credo, published in 1962

George Washington warned against this long ago:

"The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge natural to party dissention, which in different ages & countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. The disorders & miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security & repose in the absolute power of an Individual: and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty.

Without looking forward to an extremity of this kind (which nevertheless ought not to be entirely out of sight) the common & continual mischiefs of the spirit of Party are sufficient to make it the interest and the duty of a wise People to discourage and restrain it.” - George Washington

Also, concerning the legal cases of various kinds that have been brought against Donald Trump and which have led to 91 felony accounts against him, I don't think that any of them should have been brought. Whether he should have been charged or not, Donald Trump is not worth roiling the country up over them - Donald Trump just ain't worth it.

This isn’t about whether DT is “worth it”.

We are seeing the results of a radical element of Federal and State employees interjecting themselves into politics in order to sway elections.

It goes far beyond DT. It goes far beyond the two party system. This kind of corruption puts the country in great danger.

Once sufficient numbers of citizens lose so much trust in institutions that are suppose to maintain unbiased law and order, only chaos can result.

Yes, it must be exposed. It must be punished, if it is ever to stop.

Seeing Wllis and her lover lose their jobs, perhaps being disbarred or even criminally charged will demonstrate there isn’t a two year justice system.

    peace to you

Wouldn't matter. Democrats only believe the bad things said about Republicans. Republicans only believe the bad things said about Democrats.

Won't be, certainly not consistently. Republicans only want to punish Democrats, not Republicans. Democrats only want to punish Republicans, not Democrats.

Neither the Democratic Party nor the Republican Party has any interest in doing so consistently. All they really care about is aggregating power to themselves and ruling over others.

Final arguments are set for 2/29 on whether Willis will be removed.

The former law partner of Wade revealed in text messages the relationship began years before the appointment.

This case lies in the hands of this judge.

I am hopeful it will be dismissed with prejudice.

    We shall see

    peace to you

If Fani Willis is removed from the case, wouldn't someone else take her place?

Good question. My understanding is that it depends on what the judge determines.

He could do nothing and let it continue if he didn’t think there is a problem. He could remove Willis and Wade and let someone else handle it. He could dismiss the current case and send it to AG of Georgia to review and potentially file the charges again….. or…

He could find the conduct of Willis and Wade has “tainted” the case to such a degree it cannot move forward. He could dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning charges cannot be refilled.

Final arguments tomorrow. I expect this judge to take his time before ruling.

    Very Exciting!!!!!

    peace to you
