A kid was suspended for making his hand into the shape of a gun while playing cops and robbers.

And snuck into the end of the story is something even more frightening, because it wasn't on school property! Two students suspended for playing with airsoft guns. At home. In their yard. Because the school's no tolerance policy extends to private property.

I hadn't heard about the two boys suspended in Virginia for playing with AirSoft guns in one of the boys' yard. That is a Gestapo tactic right out of Nazi Germany. That school district needs to clean house top to bottom and start over.
