In other big news, Trump supporters were rude in a town hall meeting.

The FBI lied and said that they had no documents on the Clinton-Lynch meeting also--they are crooked cops, involved in politics above law enforcement. All this time, they were keenly aware of the Clintons' deal with Russia but did nothing.

Every government agency involved in law enforcement was entirely politicized by the Obama administration. Law enforcement took a back seat to political considerations. Always.

Law enforcement is corrupt. From the top down or the bottom up, whichever way you look at it.

Why should people think that the FBI was ever not politically motivated.

From the beginning days of J. Edgar Hoover, there was collection of data on every political office holder to keep as a political tool.

The un-American activities of the FBI are well documented, and it is nothing new to find the public totally uninformed.

Between the media bias, and the government branches, there is very little actual that the founders of the nation would recognize as what they attempted to establish.

They would probably start a Revolution. They definitely would not let some penguin tell them they could not pray in school.

Either that or NFL players are kneeling during the National Anthem. Or that Obama didn't make as many calls to fallen soldier's families as Trump has. Or that the news media is fake.

    Jefferson said:
I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical. A little rebellion...(Quotation) | Thomas Jefferson's Monticello

This from a man who took a penknife to the Bible to remove anything he thought was wrong.

My point is that Trump is going on about NFL players, soldiers' families being disrespected by Obama, Fake News, Puerto Rico not working hard enough, Clinton's uranium deal from four years ago, and on and on and on. I suppose when you haven't done anything significant in the 9 months you've been in office you have to distract people from your record.

Meanwhile, the Senate is voting on a budget resolution which will mean life or death to Trump's tax reform and tax cut plans today. This is the real news of the day, but if MAGA hat wearers want to yell, "LOCK HER UP!" some more, I guess that's pretty important.

Appointed Neil Gorsuch. Rolled back a bunch of Obama executive orders, including XL pipeline and DACA. But as far as his stated agenda, Failure.

In your view, what of significance has he done?

Im not. You’ve said everything he’s done is insignificant. I’ll simply not waste any energy on it.

No, I said he hasn't done anything of significance. I thought the appointment of Neil Gorsuch was a good move, but really, he HAD to appoint someone, it's a constitutional requirement, so it wasn't really an accomplishment.

The rollback of regulations was a good move too. But really significant? Sure, it affects certain industry segments, but it doesn't impact my life much, or most people.

I agree with reversing DACA and the XL pipeline executive orders, but Trump wants to continue DACA, is just looking for Congressional blessing on it.

I've admitted he's done some good things. If you disagree with me about significance, why won't you list some things he's done that you consider significant?

Ending the subsidies to insurance companies is hugely significant. More so than lifting interstate purchase ban . Taking the state income tax deduction off the table is a significant move. Taking the teeth out of the EPA has been significant. His work on the VA is significant.

And the call to the gold star Mom? The reporting on that has been one significant lie after another.

Agreed, that is significant. I had forgotten about that, it was so recent. Thanks for pointing that out.

Yes. Enabling purchase of health insurance across state lines is a good thing, but it doesn't mean people will actually do it.

So far it's just a proposal, not an accomplishment.

Falls under the category of impacts certain segments of society, but not the public at large. I guess I'll go along that it is significant to plenty of people, though.

    It's just another distraction.
