DUI should be a capital offense.
Agreed. It always disgusts me when someone kills another person and we end up finding out it was their second, third, sometimes 9th or more DUI offense.
Once a person proves they are willing to put other people's lives at risk on public roads, their privilege to use those roads needs to be taken away imo.
Even if nobody is hurt in an accident, the innocent person still pays, as insurance typically raises rates when there is an accident, even if the other person was 100% at fault.
