I doubt it passes, it does show the extremeness of some politicians. Seeing his name, he must be Islamic, and does not want people speaking what they consider bad things about their false religion's founding leader. Pass this, and next will be severe penalties for speaking out against Islam, like blasphemy laws, and cutting off their heads. Islamization process underway.

It may not pass this year -or next year - or the year after that- but little by little - it will eventually pass.

Thanks to the LORD for our US constitution, (which the Democrats want to change or replace)
Can I Say That?: How an International Blasphemy Law Pits the Freedom of Religion Against the Freedom of Speech

The U.S. Constitution, almost uniquely among nations, expressly forbids any restriction on persons’ freedom of speech

60 Certain countries, such as Australia, have not indicted a person under their blasphemy laws for generations. 61 However, other nations, such as Ireland, Germany, and Finland, have become much more active in using blasphemy laws to stifle expression deemed harmful to society or certain individuals. 62 These nations have, in effect, expanded the traditional boundaries of hate speech, fighting words, and speech that incites to violence to include concepts of blasphemy.

Add this to why we dont want a Harris-Biden administaration!

Not exactly, The COTUS prohibits Congress from making laws......

Even here on BB, we have rules as to what can and cannot be posted.

I have "snipped" certain posts from time to time that did not meet BB standards.
I do the same thing on FB for the pages I admin.

And this too in the WSJ

The Kavanaugh battle lost, they claim the Electoral College, Senate and judiciary are illegitimate.
Opinion | Democrats Abandon the Constitution

How about 'progressive' democrats want the US constitution to go then?

Letter: Progressive Democrats want the U.S. Constitution to go – The Mercury News

Commentary: Democrats are waging war against the Constitution
