    Why not, you can be a resident of Arkansas one day and run for Senator from New York the next.

    This is the last I heard about him. He also was appointed to some state health board. It is rumored he will run for the Senate when McConnell retires.

    He would have made a great Republican governor, and had he been elected, we could probably kept the seat, unlike what is going to happen in 3 weeks.
