    Yes, this does include military service not just mandatory community service for the elderly and young.
    Kerry and Edwards believe it should be MANDATORY NATIONAL SERVICE FOR ALL YOUNG CITIZENS!!!!!!!!

    What I think about the Peace Corps is irrelevant to my post. Kerry believes every citizen should serve under his “Mandatory National Service” plan. :eek:
    And there are many unanswered questions about what that involves. :rolleyes:
