Kentucky governor sued over ban on in-person learning for religious schools

Of course the guy is a democrat governor.
He is being sued. Various democrat governors have been fought successfully in court over their heavy handedness.

Now in VA, Northam had closed the public schools, no in person learning, but the private religious schools are open, but still have to follow the covid rules, which is more reasonable. This KY governor is over the top here. Surprised KY elected a democrat. That is what happens when things get tough, democrats run wild over liberty.
