This is interesting because it's illegal to hire an illegal immigrant, and it's also illegal to pay less than minimum wage. I think the Department of Labor is right in this case because they can only enforce their area of responsibility.

Baloney! The illegal status gets ignored while the wage of illegals gets attention? How convenient for the open borders folks and Raza. No doubt this is planned out form a higher source.
