Judge Napolitano discusses emails from the Department of Agriculture that proves the sequester cuts are not predetermined therefore by doing things like releasing prisoners, laying off soldiers or not inspecting meat President Obama is putting the American public in danger, which is impeachable.

Saddam Hussein let all the prisoners out when his back was against the wall too. Making chaos ....is there anyone picking up on this in DC to do anything or is this another wishful thinking? Obama just took the GOP to dinner....perhaps to wag the dog.
