Former police officer Kim Potter was given 2 years for killing suspect who resisted arrest. During the interview, the ABC newsman never asked the parents about how their son resisted arrest.

I don't know what the verdict was, but that was at the very least involuntary manslaughter.
On a side note, that was one of the reasons I tried to avoid working with most female officers. In general, they were quick to panic. I was better off by myself.
