The Day of Wrath is coming. The Gospel is not to put off the day of wrath, but to provide a way of escape.

It will be as it was in the days of Noah. When the last of the elect has entered into the Ark, which is Christ, then the door will be shut and judgement will come.

Sharing The Gospel is part of it. Occupying until he comes is the other part.

And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear. He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. Luke 19:11-13

Matt 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Maybe it's the same thing???????????????

They are not mutually exclusive, but the two can be improperly done exclusive of each other.
