Ponchp, The leaders have used the most powerful weapon I suppose that is available. They are using every type of news media on us. It is getting to the point that we are ignorant, not using anyone in particular because I can't tell you who they are., the news media is giving us news and whether something is true or not. We are an ignorant people because of this one great weapon, but it is successful regardless of what we try to keep the wheat and throw away the tares. the next big weapon will be used against us and it is our food supply. When you are starving, you can be whipped into excepting anything for a morsel of meat. This is a mighty weapon for them to use. If we the Nation will turn back to GOD then he can heal a nation, if he won't to but I fear this nation is going to ruin regardless which party is in the office. Our culture has changed in this nation. Everything is being hurled at us, our citizens and most don't care. They think everything is going to be alright. Unless GOD will except the prayers of a nation we will become less than cattle to those in control. It has taken many years for this to unfold. We have been bankrupt from the 1.st. world war. President Wilson allowed the federal reserve to come into being. President FDR pulled our gold out of our hands to pay on our elaborate national debt. We have been digging ourselves into abottonless pit of bankruptcy sense that time until now. A nation that becomes ignorant, cannot remain free and it isn't the fault of the common man. Our leaders has helped cause our demise. Our leaders have a strangle hold on themselves because they see a different vision than we do. They know whose the boss is in Hershey town, Washington, DC. All the problems that we have are man-made. It's a pity to lose our nation without a shot being fired, and that is the bottom line, pure and simple. Remember "Man-made," that is what is distroying our freedom.

The pitiful part imho is that the truth is right in front of people but they refuse to see it. They don't want to believe they've been manipluated by those they've put their trust in. It's easier to believe in someone when he talks your talk and tells you what you want to hear.

He'll give you one side of the truth but you'll never hear the whole truth pass his lips. I'm here because I feel people need to know what they've been missing. I don't think I'm very well liked around here because of that but that comes with the territory. The liberals don't like it when I say things like Obama is using Hitlerian tactics on them anymore than the conservatives liked it when I said the same about Bush.

I'm not picking on "your guy" or trying to slander him because I make the same claim about the other fellows "guy" too. They're all using Goebbel's propaganda and Hitler's tactics on us.

One of the posters here told me just the other day that I make some very good points but when I go off on these "conspiracy theories" I lose credibility in his eyes. Why? Because he wants to believe his "side" is looking out for us. Fact is neither side is looking out for us. They're looking out for number one and doing the will of their master. The "international community" AKA the transnational bankers and global corporations. They are conspiring with the very people who are out to rob us and "globalize" us into poverty so we can be merged with their one world government.

Is that so hard to understand? Look around. If your guy was really looking out for you he'd have undone the last guys tyranny but instead he not only let's it stand he adds to it! Can't you see that? That's a conpsiracy. When two or more people agree on a course of action that is a conspiracy.

Bush conspired with Clinton because he let Clinton's tyranny stand and added to it. Obama is conspiring with Bush because he's letting Bush's tyranny stand and is adding to it.

It's tyranny on top of tyranny. Administration after administration.

A note here . . . I define tyranny as knowingly acting unconstitutionally and in conflict with the principles this nation was founded on and using emergencies, crisis and tragedies to usurp and consolidate power.

People need guys like us to keep reminding them of things like this Ray. I know it's a thankless job and we aren't going to make many friends doing it but it needs to be done and there aren't a whole lot of other folks standing in line ready to stick their own necks out to do it.

I dunno maybe I've said too much and people will really think I'm nuts now. But I just don't care anymore there's alot more at stake here than just my credibility or reputation.

Bingo, as long as we buy into the media myth of a difference between the two parties born in hell, we will have the same results. I pray for the Lord to wake up the American people and take this country back. I will be glad to be the warden of the new prison that will house everyone of the thieves in office right now. Treason and murder charges could be added for not supporting the Constitution and governing over unabated abortion for 36 years.

I believe we're headed for a class war in the US, the haves versus the have-nots with some either trying to avoid it or prevent it. I hope to be among those who urge reason. I'm afraid most of the posters here will fight for their worldly possessions rather than opt to help those who are less fortunate.

This whole thread saddens me. Brothers and sisters, it is high time the Church got on her knees.

I agree with you. What we are talking about here are political issues and political battles. The church needs to present Christ's message of love and salvation which has nothing to do with politics. These kinds of battles also took place during Jesus' time and during the period of the early church.

A slave revolt took place against Rome in the first century BC. Christ never mentioned it. The Jewish leaders especially the zealots expected Jesus to lead a political revolt to free Israel from Roman bondage. Jesus made it clear that that was not his purpose for coming to earth and he admonished any one who insisted on doing it. It took the disciples themselves a long time to understand that this was not the kind of kingdom Jesus came to establish.

Jesus and the early church were always careful not to associate themselves with either side in these political battles but rather to present themselves an the only alternative that was of God.

The same thing is happening today. Our country is being polarized by hatred for the other side. Christians should not engage in this polarization but rather preach Christ's message of reconciliation. We should express our ideas as citizens but not engage in the hate.

You should set the example. The truth is, you are just as hateful & vitriolic as anyone else, here.
