Isn't Lost just Gilligan's Island without the humor?

Pinky : " Oh , Brain , I know . While we are waiting we can sing the
Gilligan's Island theme song."
Brain : " Please, Pinky. Besides I have only seen one episode of
that insipid show."
Pinky : " Oh , which one was it? I know them all."
Brain : " It was the one where that innocuous dunderhead Gilligan
ruined it for everyone."
Pinky : "Hmmmmm……. Don't think I've seen that one."

I will without a doubt be watching Lost. I am not happy about the 7 pm, I will have to firgure out how to tape it with the new digital cable tv system we have, which we haven't been able to do yet.
Going to have to call that company.

 

I will have to watch it on Jan 22. I will be at church on Jan. 21, and then I will get up and watch it on the net the next morning. Since watching on the net wasn't a choice I answered other.

Hopefully, I will be going up in the calling away of the redeemed. Other than I can't say this far in advance where I will be, what I will be doing, or to whom I will be doing it. :laugh:Or maybe I will just be :sleep: .

 

I chose "Other" because I wouldn't call it a "dumb program". I just don't like it myself.

New season?
Series finale?

The new season begins 1/21.
Most shows are not following the old schedule we've gotten used to, new season premiers in September every year. Law & Order just premiered a few weeks ago.

 

Not sure, but if I am planning to watch TV I will be in for a rude awakening when I find my wife watching "Lost". I will probably say, "You're not going to watch THAT are you!" She will probably say, "YES, I am...GO bug someone on the Baptist Board!" So...consider yourselves warned!

 

I've seen the program advertised but have never watched it. I have no idea what it's about.

 

If you decide to watch it you need to go on to the net and watch all the other seasons or you won't understand what is going on.

That is an amazing thing, isn't it.

The seasons have been given to me and I've watched them again and I still don't have a clue.

I try to watch just for the sake of watching without worrying with the intrigue. That works for a bit.

Season four hits the stands in December. :thumbs:

 

I will be getting season 4 in Jan, have to keep up my set.
I love the mystery and suspense of it, it's the only show I've ever seen like it. They tried to copy the mystery and suspence(and the sci fi-ish feel) in Heroes, but it didn't compare to Lost.
