    GOP top down managaement style... yes and the answer is to vote for the people who have refused to allow the votes of 2 major big states to count. The answer is to vote in a party that shoots itself in the foot by a top level decision to proportionally elect delegates. These people ought to look at the real democratic party not the idiocy of Ron Paul and the loosertarian party.
