Now this is absolutely hilarious and very telling considering it is at Trump's inauguration. There is not even honesty in the performers that play for him. This is simply too rich.
ROFL ... :Roflmao

The basic motivation for moving operations overseas is to increase profit margins for the stockholders. That's us with the stock portfolios. The CEOs still get a bonus regardless. And the rich get richer. The love of money is still the root of all evil.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

In this case, I believe Takamine is not an off-shored American company. It is I assume a Japanese company exporting its products to the US.

That may be true, but it has nothing to do with the topic. It is hypocritical to buy a guitar from a foreign country and then sing and preach "buy American." Of course as we well know from Trump and his press secretatry facts are to be ignored or "alternate facts" are to be used when the truth does not fit what we want.

We are in deep trouble in this country.

Deep trouble for sure. The world is filled with pretense--not always on center stage left.

Stockholders are still germane to this discussion. There are still a lot of Bernie Madoffs not incarcerated.
